Michelle is an outstanding trainer with a very complex understanding of how the body works and moves. This knowledge has been extremely evident in her ability to always adjust training to accommodate for my back problems, allowing me to continuously strengthen my core, without further damage. In addition to regular training, we have very successfully migrated training to an online platform (due to lockdown) which further showcases her knowledge and creativity as a trainer. To date, I have seen great results with a reduction in pain in my back as a direct result of the strength I have gained from training with Michelle.
