I’ve been training with Michelle for more than two years. After meeting and training with her in Cape Town where I was working for few months, I realized she was too brilliant to let go and we decided to keep training online once I was back in Europe. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She really changed my approach to training and my body responded big time! Couldn’t recommend her more!

Michelle is an outstanding trainer with a very complex understanding of how the body works and moves. This knowledge has been extremely evident in her ability to always adjust training to accommodate for my back problems, allowing me to continuously strengthen my core, without further damage. In addition to regular training, we have very successfully migrated training to an online platform (due to lockdown) which further showcases her knowledge and creativity as a trainer. To date, I have seen great results with a reduction in pain in my back as a direct result of the strength I have gained from training with Michelle.

Online training with Michelle couldn’t have been easier. All I needed were a floor mat, 2 dumbbells, good wifi, and Michelle could do several variation of exercises with me. Michelle is very experienced with online training and adaptable to your fitness level; I feel like I got more workout in than before, and all in the comfort of my own home – so no excuses! Thanks for making me stronger Mich 🙂

Like many others I had the choice to either stop exercising during COVID or switch to online training. Michelle made the transition so easy that I am actually considering not going back to a physical gym environment. The workouts have been challenging and the interaction just as good as being in the gym. I am loving the results. Great motivation and training online or in person. Would recommend her services.

Michelle’s online sessions have been incredibly efficient and well-structured with a good balance of some cardio, flexibility and strength training. I’m amazed after every session with what she can achieve with limited equipment. The online Skype sessions has been a big contributor to my sanity during the lockdown period. It is definitely just as effective as training with her in person and worth every cent! Thanks Michelle, your online sessions have been top notch, you challenge me every time!

I’ve been training with Michelle for more than a year. Following the lockdowns, I’ve continued training with her online by using Skype video call. The online training has worked really well for me and has certainly been a success. The sessions are at least as effective as her in-person sessions and it has allowed me to stay on track with my training program. Even with minimal equipment and a small space, she maintains the intensity of the training session. Thank you Michelle. I look forward to my next session.
