A little bit about me

A personal trainer is exactly that, personal.

We all come from different backgrounds and walks of life and see the world in different ways. When it comes to choosing your trainer, it’s as important to find someone you can get along with, and that you are happy to spend that hour with, as it is to find someone that is knowledgeable.


I am a bubbly, friendly and open minded young woman, and am fascinated by the dynamics of human growth through interaction.

When working with clients not only do I do my best to help them realise their goals but I find myself being inspired by their courage and determination, which in turn helps me grow as an individual too. It’s a win-win situation.


I am a certified Personal Trainer through HFPA – Health and Fitness Professionals Association.


I have practical experience through spending hours in the gym as well as plenty of online research into not only exercise, but also supplementation and nutrition.

How I Work

When it comes to training clients, I like to stick to the basics, the stuff that works and work from there. However, there is no standard procedure for everyone. Therefore, creating an individualised program is vital for success, taking into consideration all the needs and limitations of every client.
